'The Ride of the Valkyries' played on 52 pianos

Lang Lang and conductor James Lowe lead a piano orchestra of 102 pianists at 52 pianos in an arrangement of Wagner's 'The Ride of the Valkyries'. This extravaganza, which was staged in London's Royal Festival Hall, formed part of an event designed to encourage young pianists. Participants' ages ranged from 5 to 23.
